Registration fees for members are tax-free. Registration fees for non-members include tax.
Fees for the reception party are NOT included in the above prices.
Details about the reception party will be announced on this webpage when decided.

Notes

Please select the category that you will fit into at the time when the meeting takes place (June 30 – July 3, 2022) regardless of the current category of your JNS, JSN, or JNNS membership (regular, junior, or student).
Your registration fee may be supported by Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research or other grants if you are to present the research results at the meeting. Please contact the administrative staff at your workplace for details.

To graduate students

Graduate students who intend to register as a non-member should present a student ID card at the time of registration. Please follow the instructions on the pre-registration screen and upload a copy of both sides of your student ID card with the expiry date.
If you register on-site, please present your student ID card at the reception desk.

Registration fees for undergraduate students

＜Presenting authors＞: Registration fees are required. Please be sure to register for the meeting and pay the registration fee.

＜Undergraduates who are not presenting＞: We offer free registration. Please present your student ID card at the time of registration if you are not a member of JNS, JSN, or JNNS. Please follow the instructions on the pre-registration screen and upload a copy of both sides of your student ID card with the expiry date. Please note that reception fees are required if you wish to attend the reception.

2. Pre-Registration

A long que is expected for on-site registrations. Pre-registration for the annual meeting is recommended to get a discount as well.

Payment method

Please select either a credit card payment or bank transfer
Your registration ID and password are required when you wish to view or change your registration information. Please be sure to keep them in a safe place.
- For JNS members, your membership number will be your Registration ID.
- For JSN members, information on your registration ID will be sent to you by email from JSN Secretariat.
- JNNS membership numbers will be the 10 digit number listed on the mailing address label of the “Neuroscience News” or “JNNS journal”, or the 5 digit number listed on the mailing address label of “Shinkei Kagaku”.

Upon completing payment, a receipt and meeting badge (name card) will be downloadable. (Meeting badge downloads available June onwards) Please refer to 5. How to Receive a Meeting Badge/Receipt for details.

Cancellation/Modification of your Registration

Registration fees or reception fees are not refundable at any reason.
Please be sure not to duplicate your registration nor payment of registration fees.
Please contact the Congress Secretariat (neuro2022@okicongre.jp) regarding changes to your registered information such as affiliations or address.

4. On-Site Registration

You can register during the meeting period, but there will not be a registration desk on-site. Please complete registration at NEURO2022 homepage online.

5. How to Receive a Meeting Badge/Receipt

＜Participants who pre-registered for the meeting＞

Those who have completed registration and payment of registration fees will be able to download the following after logging in to the registration system.

Meeting badge (name card)
Available for download after June 22 (Thu)
Receipt for the payment of the registration fee

＜Note＞: Meeting badge and receipt will not be sent to you by mail. Please download and print your meeting badge, and bring it with you on site on the day of the Meeting.

＜For on-site registrations＞: The meeting badge and receipt will be presented when you register for the meeting on-site.

6. Society Membership

Members receive discounts on registration fees. Non-members are encouraged to take this opportunity to become a member.
The first presenting author should be a member of JNS, JSN, or JNNS. Non-members who are planning to present their work are asked to immediately apply for membership.
Please be aware that if your application for membership or payment of membership fee is not confirmed after you submitted your abstract, your submission may be retracted by the meeting organizer.
It may take time to obtain a membership ID (number) after you submit an application. It is advised to apply for membership well in advance.
