NEURO2022 places utmost importance on the safety and security of all who are involved: participants, organizers, and staff, and takes the following measures.

NEURO2022 Basic guidelines on COVID-19 infection control
We will follow measures set by Okinawa Convention Center / Ginowan City Gymnasium / Laguna Garden Hotel based onOkinawa Prefectural Response Policy Pertaining to the State of Emergency Measures based on the Special Measures Act to prevent spread of COVID-19.
Please note that the content will be changed depending on the future situation of COVID-19 infection.

Request to visitors
Please cooperate with PCR test and vaccination
We strongly recommend all participants to take their 3rd COVID-19 vaccine booster.
If you have not been vaccinated, please provide a PCR test result within 72 hours from the date of your arrival at the venue.
Please refrain from coming to the meeting venue if you don’t feel well.
Any person having a fever, cough, pain in the throat, feeling of malaise or breathing problem on the day of the meeting is not allowed in the meeting venue. In case you are sick in the meeting venue, call Okinawa Prefecture “Be.Okinawa Inbound Medical Interpreter Call Center” and seek their direction.

Health Monitoring Form
Print and fill out “Health Monitoring Form” every day you attend the meeting. Please submit it to meeting staff at the registration desk when you arrive at the venue. Meeting staff will put a confirmation sticker on your meeting badge after receiving and checking the form you submitted.
If anyone who participates or engages in NEURO2022 is found to have been infected with COVID-19, central or local government may ask us to provide information of participants as well as others who organize or engage in the meeting. Please kindly understand that we will respond to central or local government’s request and provide necessary personal information with careful attention to its handling.
Practice Social Distancing
Avoid closed spaces, crowded spaces and closed-contact setting and practice social distancing. Wear a mask at all times in the venue. Avoid talking when you eat or drink.
