A nursery staff will be dispatched according to the advance application, and labor costs will be incurred. Please pay the full amount for the reservation even if you do not actually use it for both one-day and hourly uses. In addition, if you use the service for an extended period of time, such as when the pick-up is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, please pay the additional usage fee.
Most operating costs for the nursery room are covered by the meeting budget with the understanding and cooperation of other participants. We apologize for any inconveniences caused to the nursery room users, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in operating within a limited budget.
【Request for infection prevention measures】
- Children over 2 years old are requested to wear a mask.
- Please cooperate to have lunch outside the nursery room as much as possible.
- Please cooperate in having only 1 person pick up your child. When entering the nursery room, please also do not forget to disinfect your hands and wear a mask.
Breast Feeding Room
A breast feeding room will be available for use. The room does not require prior application, and its location may be inquired at the main reception desk.
